Our requirements
- At least 12 years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a Security Architect, Tech Cyber Security Specialist, or comparable role
- Strong practical experience in the Data Security domain, including designing enterprise security solutions
- Deep understanding of information security, security architecture, and security controls, with the ability to identify and remediate security gaps
- Strong knowledge of protecting sensitive data and improving related security processes and services
- Ability to translate security requirements into practical architecture solutions and provide expert guidance to stakeholders
- Experience working with security requirements in complex, large-scale environments
- Fluency in English, including strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for senior-level stakeholders
Optional
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification
- Familiarity with the TOGAF framework
- Experience in the banking and finance sectors
- Team management experience
Your responsibilities
- Design and implement data security architecture, enterprise security requirements, and security controls
- Develop data security strategies and standards aligned with cyber and information security requirements
- Identify security control deficiencies and drive sustainable risk remediation
- Support improvements to security processes, services and controls protecting sensitive data
- Promote cybersecurity best practices and provide expert guidance to internal and external stakeholders
- Support regulatory and organizational changes within the Data Security domain
- Share security expertise, mentor other specialists, and continuously improve processes within the area of responsibility
