Our requirements
- Strong English communication (C1+)
- 6+ years running production infrastructure for web apps, with a minimum of 4 years hands-on with Terraform and Kubernetes/AKS
- Solid experience with Azure, Helm, and CI/CD (ideally GitHub Actions)
- Proven hands-on track record with microservices and multi-tenant architecture
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
Optional
- Python — enough to write and maintain real tooling
- PostgreSQL administration
- Scripting in Bash
- Experience running GPU or model-inference workloads
- Observability tooling
- A security or compliance background relevant to handling sensitive data

About the project
You'll be responsible for the platform that keeps the AI products running — provisioning cloud environments, maintaining deployment pipelines, and operating the Kubernetes layer so everything stays fast and stable even when traffic spikes. This is legal tech: tools built for genuine day-to-day work, not flashy demos.
Much of the challenge comes from operating AI at scale: hosting models without burning budget, handling demand that rarely arrives evenly, and making sure each client's sensitive data stays fully separated inside a shared, multi-tenant environment.
