Senior DevOps Engineer (Insurance Data Platform) | f/m/d

Your responsibilities

• participating in a fintech project for the ERGO Group
• leveraging your expertise in the design, development, automation, and implementation of cloud infrastructure
• creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes
• providing high-quality solutions
• working in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality applications

Our requirements

• fluent English
• min. of 5 years of experience as a Cloud DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer
• proficiency with core AWS services, including IAM, networking, API Gateways, S3, Lake Formation, SQS, DynamoDB, AWS Lambda and Step Functions, monitoring, etc
• ability to set up cloud infrastructure using Terraform, following best practices
• experience with CI/CD tools (preferably Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
• strong focus on adherence to security, development, and governance standards
• experience with troubleshooting and working with microservices
• experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python)
• experience in collaborating with various stakeholders (architects, security teams, business)
• experience in working in an Agile environment (e.g. Scrum)
• very good interpersonal skills

Optional

• experience with AWS Data & AI services
• experience with Azure Cloud
• Node.js with Typescript (for testing mostly)
• knowledge of AI/ML tools
