Senior Digital Banking IT Analyst – System Integrations

Our requirements

• 4–5 years of experience working on IT projects in an Analyst or similar role
• A technical background (higher education in IT, hands-on experience working with IT teams)
• Experience gathering, defining, documenting, and managing business requirements
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and data modeling
• Practical experience delivering IT projects in complex environments
• Knowledge of requirements engineering methodologies and functional specification development
• Ability to read, create, and analyze UML, C4, and BPMN diagrams
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office tools
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
• Polish language proficiency for participation in technical discussions, documentation, and communication with local and international stakeholders

Optional

• Experience working with various software development methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, and REST-based integrations
• Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and modeling techniques
• Experience with SOA and event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with messaging technologies like Kafka and message queues
• Knowledge of tools supporting software testing and automation
• Experience integrating multiple external services and platforms
• Working knowledge of SQL and database queries
• Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous communication in distributed systems

Your responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for IT systems and digital banking solutions
• Prepare specifications for system changes and functional requirements
• Analyze, document, and optimize business processes
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation
• Develop and review UML, C4, and BPMN diagrams
• Support the preparation of high-level designs and system architecture documentation
• Coordinate integration requirements with external systems and third-party vendors
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and project teams
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and project meetings
• Support solution blueprint activities throughout the project lifecycle
