Our requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend or full-stack product development, with a strong frontend focus
- Deep expertise in React / Next.js and modern frontend development patterns
- Strong understanding of component-driven architecture, state management, client-side performance optimization
- Ability to break down complex problems and deliver pragmatic, high-quality solutions
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in English (B2-C1)
Optional
- Experience with Next.js (App Router, server/client components, routing, data fetching)
- Experience building design systems or reusable component libraries
- Familiarity with TypeScript, modern CSS, and utility-first styling approaches
- Experience integrating frontend applications with APIs and authentication systems
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern frontend build tooling, containerized or cloud-hosted environments
- Previous experience with SaaS or data-heavy applications is considered a plus
Your responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern, high-quality user interfaces using React and Next.js
- Own frontend features end-to-end — from technical design and implementation to testing and production rollout
- Translate product and UX requirements into clean, maintainable, and accessible UI components
- Optimize frontend performance, reliability, and scalability for large datasets and complex user flows
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to create user-centric solutions
- Collaborate with Backend and Data teams to integrate APIs and data services
- Collaborate with Engineering teams across Gdańsk, the US, and India
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews and engineering best practices
- Mentor junior frontend engineers
- Improve frontend architecture and developer experience
- Contribute to the evolution of frontend standards, tooling, and UI libraries across the platform
