About the project
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building high-quality product experiences related to compensation communication and rewards. You will work end-to-end, from shaping requirements and technical design to implementation and post-release improvements. The position offers a high level of ownership and influence over technical direction, product quality, and engineering standards. You will play a key role in scaling the product for enterprise customers while collaborating closely with Product and Design teams.
