Senior GenAI Analyst – Banking Solutions

Our requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in AI, data, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Genie Code, or similar solutions.
• Very good knowledge of Python and ML/AI frameworks.
• Experience working with large data volumes, including unstructured data.
• The ability to translate business needs into concrete solutions, particularly AI-based solutions.
• Knowledge of building end-user solutions based on generative AI and language models, including testing, harness, and alignment.
• End-to-end project experience, from problem analysis through implementation and rollout.
• Practical knowledge of building, structuring, and using knowledge bases, including defining skills and MCP.
• The ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable way.

Optional

• Experience with Databricks One, AI/BI Dashboards & Genie, and Databricks Apps.
• Experience working with conversational data systems.
• Experience optimising processes and data processing for small language model

Your responsibilities

• Build, develop, and deploy AI and GenAI solutions supporting business processes.
• Create data-driven solutions processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data in an Azure Databricks environment.
• Design and implement LLMOps pipelines and experiment with new capabilities across the Databricks ecosystem.
• Prepare analyses, prototypes, and recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Support data teams in developing AI best practices and building a data-driven culture.
• Collaborate with business teams to implement AI-based solutions and business process automation.
• Assess when process change is a better solution than applying AI and advise stakeholders accordingly.
