Our requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within security, IAM, or related IT fields.
- Strong technical understanding of DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, cloud, and on-premise infrastructure platforms.
- Proven hands-on experience delivering IAM projects with technical expertise in IAM controls and requirements.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, including working with senior leadership.
- Solid understanding of regulatory and audit compliance standards.
- A proactive, positive team player with an inquisitive attitude and rapid learning ability.
Optional
- A project management certification (Prince2, PMP).
- Experience collaborating with cybersecurity and operations teams.
- Prior roles as Scrum Master or programme lead in large organizations.
- Familiarity with Jira workflows and agile project management.
Your responsibilities
- Lead multiple Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) workstreams supporting global IAM adoption across business units and functions.
- Collaborate with the team using standard project management tools, ensuring JIRA & Confluence are kept current.
- Support team members to understand and resolve obstacles that may hinder project progress.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the programme and promote efficient practices.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery within scope.
- Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize key activities.
- Monitor project progress, proactively address risks, and communicate status to the programme manager.
- Manage changes in scope, schedule, and resources effectively to ensure consistent delivery.
- Provide weekly updates on project status, risks, and issues across the workstream.
