- 6+ years of experience in IT analysis or related fields
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and experience with ETL tools (Informatica Power Center, ODI, SSIS)
- Experience in data modeling (ERD diagrams) and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with BI tools and Lakehouse architecture
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently with stakeholders
- Experience in the financial sector or knowledge of banking products
- Higher education and communicative English
