- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems integration development
- Practical knowledge of TIBCO BusinessWorks 5 and BusinessWorks Container Edition
- Experience in creating and maintaining EAI solutions with a strong understanding of integration patterns
- Proficiency in REST and SOAP web services, as well as asynchronous communication using TIBCO EMS/JMS
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with analysts and technical teams
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD processes, as well as container environments
- Advanced level of English
