Our requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in RPA / Intelligent Automation.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with UiPath.
- Proven experience leading implementation projects independently.
- Experience collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of REFramework and software development best practices.
- Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
- Understanding of system integrations (APIs, data files, web services).
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software engineering best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Optional
- Experience with UiPath Document Understanding.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Python, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Knowledge of solutions based on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or other CI/CD tools.
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or Team Leader.
Your responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Intelligent Automation solutions using the UiPath platform.
- Provide technical leadership for projects and oversee the quality of delivered solutions.
- Analyze and model business processes for automation opportunities.
- Design solution architectures for RPA, IDP (Intelligent Document Processing), and AI initiatives.
- Support testing, deployments, and production environment stabilization activities.
- Define and enhance development, project, and architecture standards.
- Mentor and support team members, and participate in recruitment processes.
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with clients, as well as participate in client presentations and sales workshops.
- Support clients in identifying and prioritizing automation initiatives.
- Prepare solution concepts, pricing proposals, and effort estimations during presales activities.
- Contribute to the development of the Intelligent Automation & AI service offering, including topics related to Agentic AI and Generative AI.
