- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT service management, particularly in Managed Print Services
- Proficient experience in utilizing Managed Print Service tools such as LRS-VPSX Enterprise and ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of Service and Operations Management, including service level management and information management
- Practical experience with reporting platforms such as Excel and Power BI for volume reporting and analysis
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively about service updates and improvements
- Fluent English
