- 4+ years of experience in IT and/or business analysis within the banking industry
- Proven experience defining features and user stories based on business needs, and partnering with Product Owners to plan product and release roadmaps
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with IT teams and business stakeholders
- Experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Your responsibilities
- Analyze and document business needs, and translate them into clear IT requirements that support scalable and sustainable solutions
- Lead delivery in close collaboration with stakeholders across Business, IT and Design, in an agile setup
- Actively coordinate with external vendors to ensure aligned requirements and high-quality deliveries
- Support manual testing of business or maintenance features in accordance with the priorities
- Proactively resolve blockers and manage dependencies across teams to keep work progressing smoothly

You will be part of a vibrant Channels- Business technology team mainly located in Warsaw, working within one of six agile teams and collaborating across disciplines to design, develop, test, and enhance customer-facing digital products.
