- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven ability to lead requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Strong expertise in the Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform and business analysis methodologies
- Demonstrated track record of delivering business transformation initiatives and driving process improvements
- Good understanding of insurance industry processes and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, bridging business and technical teams
- Professional business analysis certification such as CBAP or CCBA is highly desirable
- Advanced level of English
Your responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive analysis of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and the Coupa platform to identify optimization opportunities
- Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications
- Facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and build consensus across teams
- Developing and maintaining process maps, business workflows, and solution documentation to support system implementations
- Acting as a subject matter expert for procurement processes and providing guidance to project teams and stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international environment to deliver transformation initiatives
- Supporting solution design, implementation, and change management activities for successful adoption of new processes
- Contributing to testing activities, including preparing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and validating business requirements
