Requirements
Our requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role,
- experience delivering IT projects across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC),
- strong requirements gathering, analysis and documentation skills,
- hands-on experience in business process modelling,
- solid knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools,
- experience working with both business and technical teams,
- understanding of system integrations and API-based solutions,
- fluent English (minimum B2+/C1 level),
- excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills,
- proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Optional
- certifications in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering or Process Modelling (e.g. IIBA, CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, BPM, UML),
- experience in financial services, investment platforms or capital markets,
- experience working in regulated environments, public institutions or organizations with high security standards,
- knowledge of the energy sector, including renewable energy solutions,
- experience in digital transformation and technology-driven initiatives,
- familiarity with SQL, BPMN, UML, Enterprise Architect, ARIS, Jira or Confluence.
