Our requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in global, complex enterprise environments
- Demonstrated experience with data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance (GxP, data quality standards), master data management (MDM) concepts, data model implementation with semantic validation, and reference data/LOV governance.
- Proficient in data analysis and data mapping to evaluate raw device datasets and reference lists.
- Strong track record in writing and analyzing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and mapping UI/UX workflows in agile delivery setups.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multi-site, and virtual international teams across different time zones.
Your responsibilities
- Translate complex business definitions, data models, and drop-down lists into granular user stories and technical requirements for the development team backlog.
- Review and validate all system implementations against approved Registry concept definitions to ensure semantic alignment
- Actively engage, manage, and facilitate business feedback groups across domains during regular Sprint Reviews, feedback sessions, and user acceptance activities.
- Prepare, structure, clean, and map existing medical device dataset attributes, drop-down list values, reference tables, and metadata for ingestion into the master data system.
- Collaborate on UI/UX mockups (Figma designs), review prototype designs against functional requirements, gather structured feedback from business stakeholders, and translate functional requirements back to the development team.
- Review, refine, and approve test scripts; support testing activities across rollout cycles.
- Maintain regular communication with the implementation team to answer functional questions, address Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of approved requirements, definition-to-implementation traceability, design decisions, etc.
- Track and communicate Registry definition updates as they occur during implementation.
