Your responsibilities
- Drive architectural direction across products, platforms, data products and integrations
- Partner with the Head of Product and business leaders to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning
- Translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, investment recommendations and architectural priorities
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, product leadership and engineering teams, helping balance business goals, architectural integrity and technology investments
- Provide architectural leadership and guidance to product teams, engineers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technology direction
- Support decision-making at strategic, tactical and operational levels across the domain
- Coach and challenge stakeholders in architectural thinking, solution design and technology choices
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning and Data Products, and identify opportunities to create business value
- Drive long-term architectural integrity across the technology landscape

How you will make an impact
You will be responsible for defining and driving the architectural direction across Arla's Retail & Commercial Technology landscape. Working closely with the Head of Product, Product Owners, business stakeholders and engineering teams, you will help shape technology roadmaps, guide architectural decisions and ensure solutions deliver business value while remaining scalable, maintainable and aligned with Arla's strategic direction.
