- At least 6 years of experience managing projects at the intersection of IT and business.
- Proven track record delivering projects within the financial or banking sector.
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and executive management.
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies supported by relevant certifications or postgraduate education.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to work.
- Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, with experience working with English-language documentation and meetings.
- Good command of Polish.
