- Must-have: Proven track record of leading AI-driven application modernization initiatives, including code conversion, automated refactoring, and application remediation at an enterprise scale. (Please ensure this experience is clearly described in your CV).
- Proven track record in leading complex IT Programmes.
- Experience in defining structured governance on different levels of the organization and facilitating project Steering, which includes senior-level leadership.
- Ability to scope, drive, and govern delivery initiatives.
- Ability to translate high-level plans and goals into executable delivery plans, working closely with Subject Matter Experts, architects, data teams, and portfolio management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Very good financial and resource management skills.
- Very good analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Advanced presentation skills, especially using Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and drive follow-up actions with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent English skills (both spoken and written).
Your responsibilities
- Planning and managing delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, and financials.
- Monitoring and reporting delivery progress and risks in a timely manner, proactively identifying issues, and escalating them when needed to ensure predictable execution.
- Upholding project management discipline by promoting a strong delivery culture.
- Coordinating across engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on delivery objectives and technical direction.
