Our requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Support, IT Service Specialist, or Desktop Support roles
  • Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support in enterprise environments
  • Hands-on knowledge of hardware, software, applications, and basic networking
  • Good understanding of Microsoft technologies, Azure, Citrix, VMware, and Salesforce
  • Experience with ITSM tools, Jira, and Confluence
  • Knowledge of incident management, request fulfilment, and IT asset management processes
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to work with global IT teams
  • Proactive, service-oriented approach with good communication skills
  • English required; Polish is a strong advantage

Your responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for end users across hardware, software, infrastructure, cloud services, and business applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, networking, and office IT equipment.
  • Support Microsoft technologies and enterprise platforms, including Citrix, VMware, Azure, and Salesforce.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and IT support activities in line with IT service management best practices.
  • Handle IT asset management, including hardware lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding processes, and workstation setup.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to the organization's knowledge base.
  • Support office infrastructure, including relocations, refurbishments, and critical incident response.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams across multiple time zones to ensure consistent service delivery

About the project

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Service Specialist to join our client's IT team in Warsaw. In this role, you will provide high-quality onsite IT support, ensuring the smooth operation of end-user services, business applications, and office infrastructure. You will work closely with global IT teams, delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
Location: Warsaw, Poland (On-site, 5 days per week)
