  • 3+ years of experience in an IT Service Specialist, IT Support, or similar role.
  • Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support.
  • Strong experience supporting infrastructure, cloud services, and business applications.
  • Experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and platforms.
  • Experience with Citrix.
  • Experience with VMware.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with incident management and request fulfillment.
  • Experience with IT asset management.
  • Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Experience with office IT infrastructure support.
  • Experience with ITSM tools, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Experience working with international IT teams.
  • Fluent English.
  • Polish is highly preferred.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for internal users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
  • Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and meeting room equipment.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and request fulfillment activities.
  • Perform onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
  • Support office IT infrastructure, office moves, refurbishments, expansions, and relocations.
  • Respond to outages and critical incidents.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Work with Jira, Confluence, and ITSM platforms.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams across different regions and time zones.
  • Occasionally travel to other EMEA offices when required.

About the project

We are looking for a Senior IT Service Specialist to provide on-site IT support for our customer's Warsaw office. The role combines 1st and 2nd line support responsibilities across infrastructure, cloud services, business applications, and end-user devices. You will support day-to-day IT operations, incident resolution, onboarding and offboarding activities, IT asset management, and office infrastructure while collaborating closely with global IT teams.
