- Experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, Site Reliability Engineering, or software engineering
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, automation, Infrastructure as Code, and modern engineering practices
- Hands-on experience with tools such as GitHub Enterprise, Bitbucket, Jenkins, CloudBees, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, Jira, or Confluence
- Understanding of cloud platforms, containerization, observability, security, and engineering governance
- Interest in AI-assisted development, AIOps, and intelligent automation
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
Your responsibilities
- Support engineering teams in improving application development and delivery
- Help teams adopt DevOps tools, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering standards
- Create reusable templates, automation patterns, and self-service solutions
- Support the development and adoption of Internal Developer Platform capabilities
- Troubleshoot complex development, automation, and tooling issues
- Promote modern practices such as Infrastructure as Code, cloud-native development, DevSecOps, and AI-assisted engineering
- Share knowledge through coaching, workshops, documentation, and engineering communities
