Our requirements
- 3+ years of experience with JasperReports, Jaspersoft Studio, JRXML, or similar enterprise reporting tools.
- Strong expertise in PDF rendering, pixel-perfect layout design, and dynamic report content.
- Extensive knowledge of report layout principles, font management, pagination, and complex conditional sections.
- Experience evaluating report migration feasibility and implementing design solutions accordingly.
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to interpret reporting needs into technical specifications.
- Good understanding of layout challenges with variable data and document rendering.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
Optional
- Experience with financial, client, or regulatory reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Java.
- Familiarity with other reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, BIRT, or Oracle BI Publisher.
