- Minimum 4 years of experience in Java enterprise development
- Strong knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot frameworks
- Practical experience with microservices architecture and basic Kubernetes knowledge
- Proficiency in GIT, relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL), and transactional data systems
- Experience with testing tools like JUnit, Spock, Testcontainers, and automated CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with messaging systems and asynchronous integration techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a strong ownership mindset, combined with excellent team collaboration skills
