Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of development experience in Java, Spring Framework and Python
- Deep understanding of key software development concepts such as SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, and BDD
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Familiarity with machine learning, NLP, AI, or Data Science is an advantage
- Ability to teach and collaborate with engineers to design new systems and solutions
- Effective communication skills in written and oral English
- Prior experience with event streaming technology
- Advanced level of English

Your responsibilities
- Participating in all phases of the development life cycle, including analysis, testing, and production support
- Collaborating within a team to take business requirements, break them into stories, and deliver each story iteratively to production
- Providing product support as an integral part of the role, following the principle that the team builds and supports the product
- Identifying areas of technical debt and ensuring a healthy balance between addressing it and delivering new functionality
- Designing solutions for new items while adhering to technology guidelines and constraints
- Engaging in pair programming with other team members to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing

In this role, you will participate in all parts of the development life cycle, including analysis, testing, and production support, working closely with a team of 4 to 6 people and a dedicated product owner.
