Our requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Java development (latest Java versions preferred)
  • Strong understanding of modern software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI)
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
  • Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
  • Experience implementing non-functional requirements: security, performance, scalability, resilience
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, AWS CDK, Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
  • Practical experience with messaging systems (Kafka or similar)
  • Strong experience in AWS cloud services (ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, API Gateway)

Your responsibilities

  • Development of backend services using Java in line with modern engineering standards and best practices
  • Integration of heterogeneous data sources (external systems and internal services) into unified data models
  • Design and implementation of data processing services, including support for manual data input workflows
  • Automation of existing manual and semi-manual business processes
  • Collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to translate designs and prototypes into production-ready solutions
  • Analysis and resolution of complex technical issues across distributed systems
  • Participation in technical decision-making regarding priorities, risks, and architectural direction
  • Maintenance of up-to-date technical documentation, processes, and system specifications
  • Involvement across the full SDLC: design, development, deployment, and production support
