Our requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in back-end development, especially in Java.
- Deep expertise in RESTful API design and implementation.
- Practical knowledge of distributed system architecture and microservices design.
- Hands-on experience with messaging systems, particularly RabbitMQ.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins, and OpenShift.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems.

Your responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, event-driven microservices within the CLP credit workflow application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure the high-quality delivery of system features.
- Define, implement, and enforce standards for code quality, testing, and code reviews.
- Mentor and guide less experienced developers, fostering technical excellence within the team.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and OpenShift.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems via REST APIs and asynchronous messaging with RabbitMQ.
- Leverage domain-driven design (DDD) principles and incorporate AI tools for SDLC efficiency.
- Ensure the system’s architecture adheres to best practices in security, performance, and scalability.
