Our requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on microservices and Kafka
- Strong analytical skills for decomposing requirements and designing solutions
- Proficiency in Java (preferably version 21, minimum 11), Spring Boot 3.4+, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Cloud Stream
- Experience with Kafka, Avro, REST, Git, Jira, Confluence, Docker, Liquibase, and Hibernate
- Advanced English proficiency
- Higher education in a relevant field

- Experience in the banking sector (2–5 years)

- Diagnosing and resolving system issues, including root cause analysis and documentation review
- Supporting the development and maintenance of production systems
- Planning team tasks and monitoring system performance

- Proactively identifying areas for improvement and driving innovation
- Defining metrics and alerts for technical and business monitoring
- Automating processes, including test creation and optimization
