- At least 5 years of experience in process analysis, process optimization, or operational excellence.
- A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Expert certification, or equivalent confirmation of advanced process optimization expertise.
- Hands-on experience using AI-based tools in analytical and continuous improvement activities.
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of operational management best practices, operational risk management, and quality management.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments and leading transformation initiatives.

About the project
As a Senior Process Analyst, you will be working for our client in the banking sector, supporting initiatives focused on continuous process optimization and organizational efficiency. You will help design customer-centric processes, lead cross-functional transformation projects, and apply automation and AI pragmatically to improve service quality and operational performance.
Drive measurable operational excellence — transform banking processes through Lean expertise, smart automation, and AI-enabled insight.
Warsaw, Wroclaw, or Poznan-based opportunity with a hybrid work model, including at least 40% of work from the office.

Language Required for the role: Professional working proficiency in Polish, both spoken and written, and communicative English, both spoken and written, for collaboration on projects within an international group.
