- Strong commercial experience developing and shipping mobile applications
- Experience with mobile security, biometrics, push notifications, BLE, and API-driven architectures
- Solid understanding of .NET/C# backend.
- Experience integrating third-party systems and operational platforms
- Knowledge of CRM, CMS, ERP, payments, reporting, and cloud infrastructure
- Strong ownership, documentation, and security mindset
- English OR Polish Language Spoken.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of the mobile application
- Build secure features including authentication, biometrics, permissions, push notifications, and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
- Integrate mobile, web, CRM/CMS, payment, reporting, and operational systems
- Design APIs and help shape .NET/C# backend architecture
- Define technical standards, documentation, and delivery processes
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership team
- Help build and lead the engineering team as the platform grows
