Our requirements
- 3–4+ years of commercial experience in mobile development (Android & iOS).
- Deep engineering knowledge of Flutter, Kotlin, and Java.
- Mastery of AI-assisted and terminal-driven programming, including experience with Claude Code and Cursor.
- Ability to handle agentic workflows and debug complex LLM outputs.
- Willingness to work from Warsaw office 5 days a week.
- Strong product thinking, passion for innovation, and a 'get things done' attitude.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Optional
- Practical experience with backend technologies: Node.js and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with native iOS development (Swift).
Your responsibilities
- Leverage Claude Code and Cursor to build, refactor, and deploy production-ready mobile features at 10x speed.
- Architect and maintain robust mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
- Drive the product forward by experimenting with bleeding-edge agentic tools and introducing innovative mobile solutions.
- Collaborate closely with backend systems, occasionally diving into server-side workflows.
