Our requirements
- 6+ years of experience with C# / .NET development (backend or full-stack), including 3+ years in a Senior Software Engineer role.
- Ability to make technical decisions and mentor less experienced engineers.
- Strong communication skills in English and Polish
- Solid understanding of software development principles and engineering practices
- Ownership mindset and ability to collaborate across teams
Optional
- Experience with REST, Git, Azure DevOps, SQL Server / T-SQL
- Interest in fintech, banking, or financial systems
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot).
Your responsibilities
- Design, develop, and evolve software solutions and applications using C#/.NET.
