Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payments, retail banking, or fintech.
- Solid end-to-end knowledge of retail payment processes and transaction lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of the payment service provider market and external partner cooperation models.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for electronic payments within the European context.
- Experience with SEPA standards and instant payment mechanisms.
- Proven experience managing projects or programs within the payments space.
- Skills in API and system integrations.
- Strong team management and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and analytical tools.
- Good command of English (Communicative); Polish language skills are required.

- Certifications related to payments or project management.

Your responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the technology backlog for retail payments solutions, ensuring maximum business value and transparent delivery.
- Coordinate platform enhancements and changes across stakeholders and development teams.
- Translate retail payments needs into actionable requirements and maintain alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Drive end-to-end understanding of payment processes and transaction lifecycles within your product scope.
- Support API and system-to-system integrations, working closely with external partners and service providers.
- Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements for electronic payments within the banking environment, including standards like SEPA and instant payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and innovative payment functionalities.
