Our requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM modules.
- Proven expertise in Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Operations, or Manufacturing within PeopleSoft.
- Hands-on experience supporting integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems, APIs, web services, or middleware.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.

- Certifications or additional training related to PeopleSoft or supply chain systems.
Your responsibilities
- Gather and document comprehensive business requirements for PeopleSoft SCM.
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement elaboration to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, business process flows, and user stories for system enhancements.
- Collaborate with development teams to define, validate, and implement tailored solutions.
- Perform impact analysis and traceability to ensure solution integrity throughout project phases.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee quality.
- Manage defect triage, validate resolutions, and facilitate successful deployment.
- Assist with training, change management, and deployment planning to ensure smooth transitions.
