- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, platform automation, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills across multiple languages (polyglot expertise).
- Hands-on experience with API development, data schemas, and web technologies.
- Knowledge of internal developer platforms, cloud services, and infrastructure.
- Proven leadership in managing global or offshore engineering teams.
- Familiarity with database schemas, Linux, and web technologies.
- Experience with iterative delivery methodologies and stakeholder management.
- Fluent English communication skills.
