Our requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
- Deep understanding of internet technologies, including DNS, TLS, load balancing, reverse proxies, service meshes, and API gateways within microservices architectures.
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or Clojure.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and InfluxDB.
- A proactive approach to identifying problems and performance bottlenecks.
- Proven ability to manage critical production incidents under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with distributed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and foster team knowledge sharing.
Optional
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with virtualization platforms like KVM or VMware.
