Our requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Production Support within banking or financial services.
- Strong DevOps background with experience managing configuration and pipelines.
- Proficiency with MS SQL, Oracle DB, Linux, Bash, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP.
- Familiarity with complex technology architecture and middleware layers.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a communicative and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in an international environment, managing multiple priorities with an analytical approach.
Optional
- Experience with payment domain standards (ISO2022).
- Java development experience.
- Certifications in DevOps tools or cloud technologies.
Your responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and manage distributed systems, including Linux and Windows servers, middleware layers such as Microsoft IIS, Hazelcast in-memory solutions, and containerized environments at Kubernetes or cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform.
- Develop and support DevOps pipelines, manage configuration, and oversee CI/CD processes using tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, and G3.
- Organize and coordinate change activities, including scoping, planning, and liaising with interface parties to minimize service impact.
- Monitor service health, troubleshoot complex incidents, and perform data analysis to optimize system performance.
- Manage application, business processes, and data intelligence within Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases.
- Collaborate with global teams in an Agile environment using Jira, Confluence, and related tools.
- Implement and support operational procedures to ensure service continuity and security.
- Demonstrate Java development skills and familiarity with banking payment standards (ISO2022), XML, XSD, and JSON (nice to have).
