- Minimum 15 years of experience in managing large IT programs or projects
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale transformation programs in the insurance sector
- Hands-on experience with core system implementations or business-technology transformations
- Ability to manage multiple project streams simultaneously
- Experience in stakeholder management at the executive and senior management levels
- Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment for programs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and traditional project management approaches
- Very good communication skills in both English and Polish
- Open to work from the office 3 times a week
- Residing in Poland required

- Experience in large financial or insurance organizations
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Prince2, SAFe, or similar
- Experience in programs involving AI, automation, or modernization of legacy systems

About the project
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a strategic, long-term transformation program at one of the largest insurance organizations in Poland. In this role, you will manage the implementation of a new claims and benefits handling system while modernizing integrated processes and systems. You will coordinate efforts between business teams, technology teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery. The position offers a hybrid work model based in Warsaw.
