Senior Project Manager

Our requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in end-to-end delivery of complex SaaS or IT implementation projects
• Proven ability to create and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resources
• Experience in coordinating system integrations and collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Practical experience in managing configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, and hypercare
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, and resource management skills
• Experience in reporting project status to senior leadership and facilitating steering committee meetings
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment
• Strong ownership, decision-making, and escalation management skills
• Understanding of IT governance, security standards, and compliance requirements
• Fluent English for effective communication with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership

Optional

• Project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent

Your responsibilities

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of the project using SaaS methodology and project management framework
• Establishing governance and stage-gate processes in alignment with the standards
• Creating detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
• Serving as the primary point of contact for integrations, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment
• Conducting kick-off and alignment sessions with all involved parties
• Maintaining transparent communication and providing regular updates to Program Leadership
• Collaborating with technical teams, business teams, and external partners engaged in delivery
• Managing configuration, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ensuring compliance with IT policy frameworks and security standards
• Proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and resources to ensure successful execution
• Reacting quickly to issues and blockers, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on deliverables
• Driving escalations to remove roadblocks and keep the project on track
• Demonstrating strong ownership and decision-making in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Monitoring and reporting project progress, highlighting key milestones, risks, issues, and blockers
