  • 5+ years of experience managing IT projects or programs, preferably in middleware or integration projects.
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
  • Extensive experience in software system design, architecture, and integration.
  • Practical knowledge in software deployment, tuning, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strategic, results-oriented mindset.

Optional

  • Experience with middleware systems or integration platforms.
  • Certifications such as PMP or Prince2.
  • Knowledge of modern software development cycles and DevOps practices.
