  • Solid experience in AP or PTP processes in a global or regional setting
  • Familiarity with SAP (S/4HANA or Ariba preferred)
  • Solid ownership and ability to work independently
  • Advanced communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with process transformation, migrations, or ERP rollouts
  • Ability to lead small projects and support change management activities
  • Fluent English (written and spoken. min. B2); an additional language would be beneficial
  • Ability to create clear training materials and practical process guidance

Your responsibilities

  • Support testing and deployment of new PTP tools and environments (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Ariba)
  • Coordinate change-related activities with IT, finance, procurement, and local business teams
  • Contribute to governance setup, including SLA/KPI frameworks and process measurement
  • Collaborate with internal and external audit teams
  • Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis to support decision-making
  • Contribute to operational planning through data analysis and process insights
  • Lead small-scale initiatives and support knowledge sharing across the team
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Partner with the service provider to maintain operational excellence and compliance
  • Deliver process trainings and workshops supporting process adoption

About the project

We’re hiring a Senior PTP Process Specialist to join our Purchase to Pay (PTP) team. This role offers broad exposure to finance, procurement, and systems, with direct reporting to the AP and T&E Operations Manager. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support process governance, performance tracking, operational improvements, and process continuity in a changing system landscape. The position also involves partnering with our service provider to ensure consistent and effective delivery of PTP services. It’s an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership and contributing to the efficiency, quality, and stability of PTP operations.
