Our requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer / Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with Python on the backend.
- Strong experience with React on the frontend.
- Basic to solid understanding of databases and cloud environments, preferably Azure.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle from both frontend and backend perspectives.
- Experience maintaining and improving existing products rather than only building from scratch.
- Ability to identify issues, debug effectively, and deliver clean, practical fixes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a product-minded approach.
- Sensitivity to UI/UX and user needs.
Optional
- Experience working on client-facing internal tools or single-client environments.
- Enthusiasm for AI and understanding of how it works.
