Requirements
Your responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services and infrastructure tooling.
- Build and integrate networking and VPN technologies into the platform.
- Develop scalable, production-grade software using Python, Rust, Go, or similar languages.
- Improve deployment workflows, provisioning processes, and infrastructure automation.
- Optimize Linux-based environments for performance, reliability, and security.
- Research emerging technologies and prototype new technical solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers to shape architecture, engineering standards, and best practices.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Our requirements
- Strong professional experience with Python, Rust, Go, or a comparable systems programming language.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems and server environments.
- Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, and routing.
- Experience working with VPN technologies or tunneling protocols such as WireGuard, OpenVPN, or IPsec.
- Hands-on experience building internal tools, backend services, or infrastructure automation.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Proven experience delivering software used in production.
Optional
- Knowledge of cryptography, PKI, or TLS internals.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
- Experience customizing Linux distributions or building server images.
- Contributions to open-source projects related to infrastructure, networking, or security.
