Interview Process
Step 1: Written Programming exercise - A short questionnaire and programming exercise to assess your skills.
Step 2: Preliminary Interview - Conducted in the Polish timezone, focusing on your experience and problem-solving skills.
Step 3: Technical Interview (60 minutes) - One-on-one interview with a team member in US Eastern timezone.
Step 4: Final Round of 3 interview (2–2.5 hours) - Three interviews in US Eastern timezone, covering coding, technical discussions, and system design.
Successful candidates will need to pass a standard background check.

This is a fully remote frontend React development role for a developer in Poland. You will be working through a Polish company that will provide the support and administrative assistance to make you successful in the role. We are looking for people to join the team long-term.
To ensure efficient onboarding, you’ll work in sync with the American team during US Eastern business hours for the first two months. Working this way maximizes your time overlap for answering questions, which means you can learn quickly. That means working until 21:00 CET. After you demonstrate that you can work independently, you’ll have flexibility to shift closer to standard Polish business hours.
