Our requirements
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Finance Consultant, combined with expertise in finance technology, ERP delivery, or large-scale finance transformation initiatives
- Strong practical knowledge of SAP finance processes, including general accounting, payables, receivables, asset accounting, intercompany transactions, financial close activities, multi-currency environments, and financial reporting
- Proven track record of leading complex global ERP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, or next-generation ERP transformation programs
- Solid experience in project governance, risk management, issue resolution, executive-level stakeholder engagement, and program reporting
- Good understanding of financial compliance, indirect taxation, statutory reporting, audit requirements, and internal control frameworks
- Fluent English communication skills and willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in the Warsaw office

- Oversee financial systems covering core accounting, payments, receivables, treasury operations, reporting, and related processes
- Review solution architecture, support regulatory and compliance requirements, and maintain high levels of system performance
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation initiatives, leadership of cross-functional teams, and coaching of senior professionals
