- Senior-level experience as an SAP MM Consultant with demonstrable independent delivery experience.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end Procurement/ Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Proven SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Experience with SAP Fiori.
- Strong understanding of SAP Best Practices and their application in transformation projects.
- Hands-on configuration/customizing experience.
- Strong consulting and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience with business process harmonization and optimization.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and SAP IT teams.
- Experience working in complex, multi-country or transformation environments.
- Good understanding of cross-functional dependencies between SD, MM, Finance and Integration.
- English - minimum B2 level.
Your responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end Procurement / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, with a strong focus on SAP MM.
- Assess and document current As-Is processes and translate findings into future To-Be processes.
- Configure and customize SAP functionality.
- Identify process harmonization opportunities, low-hanging fruits and clean-core candidates.
- Participate in and lead business and IT workshops with client stakeholders.
- Design and validate SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with SAP Best Practices.
- Perform prototyping, testing, transports, and deployment activities.
- Define, coordinate and support the implementation of agreed process improvements.
- Work closely with MM, Finance and Integration teams to identify and manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Collaborate with client SAP IT, business stakeholders, SAP/Signavio specialists, SAP architects.

The role is focused on harmonizing business processes across multiple countries and moving from As-Is analysis through To-Be design to implementation. The project covers key end-to-end processes across Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procurement, Master Data Governance, and Integrations.
