- Several years of experience in the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Having led at least one end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Compensation solutions. Another modules would be considered a plus
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Report Story would be considered a strong advantage
- Polish and English proficiency enabling fluent communication (minimum B2 level)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate the requirements of specialist departments into technical solutions
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of teamwork, commitment and customer orientation
- Knowledge of HR business processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Openness and proactiveness
Your responsibilities
- Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in the compensation module
- Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
- Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality
- Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions of client’s key users
- Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support
- Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation
