Your responsibilities
- Developing and customizing ServiceNow solutions, including Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages, Flows, Workflows, portals, widgets, and dashboards
- Configuring and administering the ServiceNow platform, including security, data management, upgrades, and skipped record reviews
- Building and maintaining integrations with third-party systems and other ServiceNow instances using REST/SOAP web services and APIs
- Participating in requirements analysis, solution design, technical reviews, testing, and deployment activities, as well as SCRUM meetings
- Identifying automation and platform improvement opportunities, while ensuring compliance with internal development standards and maintaining technical documentation
