Our requirements

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven experience in implementing ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API.
  • Working knowledge of Flow Designer workflows and Business Rules.
  • Good understanding of ITIL and IT service management best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration in an international environment.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and liaise with stakeholders at different levels.

Optional

  • ServiceNow or ITIL certifications.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and complex scripting.

Your responsibilities

  • Configure and develop the ITSM module on the ServiceNow platform to optimize service processes.
  • Implement ITSM workflows, including incident, problem, change, and request management.
  • Create and modify workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts (Client Scripts, Script Includes) to tailor the platform.
  • Integrate ServiceNow ITSM with other systems and modules for cohesive environment management.
  • Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct testing of functionalities and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Document configurations, customizations, and best practices for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
