Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
- More than 4 years of proven experience in a relevant industry
- Expert knowledge of LabVIEW
- Solid knowledge of NI TestStand
- Solid knowledge of Python
- Solid knowledge of phases and processes required for successfully introducing new product into production
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English and Polish (written and spoken)
- Would be an advantage:
- Experience in Aerospace industry
- Knowledge of NI VeriStand (Custom Devices development)
- Knowledge of repository tools (git / bitbucket)
Your responsibilities
- Design, support, improve, and test moderate to high complexity End-Of-Line test systems, ensuring designs meet testability and reliability criteria
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate the detailed phases of test projects
- Contribute to the creation and evaluation of test system requirements, test strategies, and provide estimates for new test software
- Oversees and manages advanced software engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery
- Establishes and maintains software development standards and methodologies to optimize performance and ensure high quality code
- Analyzes and troubleshoots complex software issues, leveraging diverse information sources to implement effective solutions
- Provides guidance and support to less experienced engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge sharing environment
- Communicates and coordinates with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to drive project success and build consensus on technical solutions
